MiMOMax Wireless has a 24/7 service desk and a Support team offering either remote or on-site support. From answering product queries to troubleshooting, managing your enhancement requests or enabling newly purchased software features, one of our support team members is always available to assist.
Customers with a MiMOMax support agreement can log or update their support ticket with us any time of the day by email or via our online portal. If you struggle with finding time during a busy working day to contact us for an update, our online portal is available 24/7 for you to review, update or even close your support tickets.

 

Warranty Services

MiMOMax Wireless offers a standard 12 months warranty on all MiMOMax equipment. An extended warranty can be purchased in yearly periods, at any time during the initial warranty period, for a maximum period of three years beyond the standard warranty period. The extended warranty service is available for MiMOMax Wireless radios only.

 

Software Maintenance

MiMOMax Wireless offers customers with an active Support Agreement access to the latest features and versions of software for their products. Continuously working to improve software performance and functionality, MiMOMax offers the most recent versions of our software online in our secure website portal. Software updates, along with release notes documentation and installation manuals, can be downloaded by our active support customers at their convenience.
