Mimomax pitches in with food donations for the Christchurch City Mission

 

Following a call out from the Christchurch City Mission for more donations for their food bank, the NZ Institute of Management and Leadership (NZIML) called on their members to join in their new initiative they named “Mission Possible Monday.”  Asking for non-perishable goods to be donated, the NZIML team arranged to visit office premises around Christchurch to pick up donations and deliver them to the City Mission.

The Christchurch Mimomax team rallied to the cause and donated over 100 items – contributing to the two van-loads of food that were donated by the local NZIML members on Monday 21st October.

“We were really pleased to be given the opportunity to join this initiative and I was impressed by how many items were donated,” said David Wade, Managing Director at Mimomax.   “Knowing that our team could help to ease the pressure on those who are less fortunate in our community was extremely gratifying.”
