The MiMOMax Team are happy to announce, that as of early September 2010, MiMOMax has opened an Australian office based in Sydney. The MiMOMax Australian office is expected to increase market presence within the Australian Public Safety, Transport, and Utilities markets.
The MiMOMax Team recognise the importance of developing local networks and providing on ground sales and support. The MiMOMax Australian office is part of an expansion process aiming to reinforce and accentuate relationships with communications consultants, service providers, distributors, and operators across the Australian continent. Recently appointed Sales Engineer, Brendon Humphries, who has significant experience in the Asian Pacific tele-communications industry, is now operating from this office. This will enable him to directly interface with Australian customers in their own time zones and provide them with the level of support they require.
The MiMOMax Team use a "relationship intimacy" marketing approach, whereby a thorough understanding of customers' needs and their application requirements is gained before proposing MiMOMax solutions. This approach ensures that carefully selected opportunities have a tight product-application "fit", and extend the lifetime value a customer receives from their uniquely configured MiMOMax system.
To date, the MiMOMax Team have successfully followed this approach and developed enduring customer relationships that extend well beyond initial business transactions. However, due to continuing business growth, customer relationships are becoming increasingly challenging to manage and there is now considerable need for the MiMOMax Australian office.
The MiMOMax Australian office is also expected to enable more closely aligned business development and customer support in Australian regions, due to the local business, economic, and cultural knowledge gained from direct operations in the regional markets.
